Whether your event is at a venue or in your backyard, we bring the bar experience to you. Our unique and professional bartender service allows you to be a guest at your own event with no stress. The Tipsy Saddle is a women owned, mother/daughter business located in SWVA. We're excited to provide a unique experience to any event. After planning Brittany's wedding, we realized there is a need for this type of experience in our area.

Due to VA ABC laws, we do not purchase or sell alcohol. The host of the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol and obtain a VA ABC Banquet License which can be obtained online. The cost is $40 and the website is https://www.abc.virginia.gov/licenses/val/definitions/banquet
Yes, we provide 2 bartenders for each event. You must be 21 and older to be served, we do check ID's, we don't serve intoxicated individuals and do not serve shots.
Yes. We provide cups, cocktail napkins ice for can, bottle beer, wine and complimentary infused water.
Every event is unique and special so we prefer to discuss your vision so we can offer pricing that fits your needs.
Yes. We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.

The Tipsy Saddle requires flat ground for setup and service and clear access to leave the location. We'll arrive between 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time. We can serve on private property.
Absolutely, we're happy to accomodate for any type of event. We'll provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced-tea, coffee and more.
1. First Contact
Inquire via email, text or phone call.
2. Proposal
Create a custom proposal to include everything you need for your event to include your shopping list is accurate for the correct amount of alcohol.
3. Contract and Deposit
Review your contract and once signed a deposit is collecte. You're Booked!
4. VA ABC Banquet License
Approximately 4 weeks to your event, complete and return the online application and the cost is $55 for a single day license. https://www.abc.virginia.gov/library/licenses/pdfs/val/banquet-application.pdf
5. Pre-event Meeting
2 weeks prior to your event we'll meet to discuss final details and any changes. This is when you will give us your shopping list for alcohol so we can calculate how much you will need and discuss the delivery.
6. Let's Party!
Our Bartenders will arrive early to set up for your event.
